Senior Accountant
The Quest Organization
The Senior Accountant is responsible for accurate financial reporting and month-end close across multiple legal entities. This role owns key balance sheet areas, supports acquisitions and integrations, and partners closely with Finance and FP&A on process improvements. Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Own month-end close for assigned entities and accounts Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations Review financial results and prepare variance analysis Review staff work and provide guidance and oversight Support acquisition accounting, including opening balance sheets Act as a NetSuite power user (journals, reporting, workflows) Assist with audits, covenant reporting, and special projects Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting CPA preferred 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience in healthcare or similar environments a plus Strong GL and month-end close experience Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
