In this client-facing role, you will assist with daily living tasks, monitor safety and well-being, support service plans, and help clients access resources that promote stability and independence. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you’ll maintain accurate documentation, follow safety and confidentiality standards, and contribute to a mission-driven, faith-based environment rooted in dignity, inclusion, and social justice.
