Keep reading!Your tasks will as a Customer Service Representative include responding in a timely and accurate manner to customer inquiries regarding order status and product information, as well as preparing sales quotations and issuing order acknowledgements upon receiving formal purchase orders. You will process customer orders and revisions in strict accordance with established departmental policies and procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address and resolve customer needs while communicating customer concerns promptly and effectively to appropriate stakeholders. The employee is occasionally exposed to humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; heat; cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration.
