Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of Oracle innovation, enabling organizations to maximize their return on investment, reduce costs, and solve real-world challenges through cutting-edge Oracle solutions.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholdersRequired Skill and Experience Experience in software engineering practices and various business processes. Experience in Oracle Cloud Finance (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM) or Supply Chain (INV, Order Management, PO, MFG, Supply Chain Planning) modules Experience at least 2-3 Oracle Cloud implementation and/or AMS engagements. Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training and implementing practical business solutions. Good knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces and reports with 3rd party applications. Experience in Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.) Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them.Preferred Skill and Experience Experience in various business processes in respective domain. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
