Benskin Talent Partners is conducting a search for an Accountant on behalf of a well-established, family-owned enterprise in Chesterfield, MO. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and doesn't need ceremony to get things done. About the Company Our client is a multi-entity holding company with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial real estate, aviation services, and property management in the St. Louis market. They move fast, streamline constantly, and expect everyone to roll up their sleeves. What You'll Do Own the full accounting cycle across multiple entities Maintain accurate books for a multi-entity real estate and operations portfolio Collaborate with the treasury and assets accounting functions Work within Yardi (training available from an in-house expert) Partner with outside CPA firm for tax preparation What We're Looking For 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience Multi-entity or multiple sets of books experience strongly preferred Commercial real estate or mid-size company background a plus Some GAAP knowledge Degree preferred, but demonstrated experience matters most Worker bee mentality: you get in, get it done, and keep improving This Role Is NOT For You If… You need to work from home (this is a fully in-office role) You expect big company structure or titles "We've always done it this way" is your comfort zone Interested?
