At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.**THE JOB**:As an **On-Call Corporate Security Services Officer**, you’ll be part of a highly trained team dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment at our corporate offices. Acting as a visible presence and first line of response, you’ll play a critical role in addressing security concerns, responding to emergencies, and supporting life safety efforts.This position requires specialized training, strong situational awareness, and physical readiness. If you’re looking to make a real impact while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism, we invite you to explore this opportunity!**THE STARTING RATE:**$20.00 Hourly**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Provide excellent service to guests and employees; help resolve any complaints or issues* Watch over alarm systems and surveillance cameras* Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the outside, using a bicycle or company vehicle* Secure emergency scenes to prevent more damage or harm, alert others to danger, call emergency responders, and lead evacuations if needed* Write reports about daily activities and any unusual events, such as damage, theft, or accidents* Use phones or two-way radios to send and receive messages, including emergency calls* Attend and pass all required training, including legal, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/AED* Stay skilled in using all assigned equipment**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Must be 21 years of age or older* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent* One (1) year of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting* Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties* Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups* Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts**JOB DESCRIPTION:** you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**?
