AWS Business & Product Operations is in need of a creative, dynamic and results driven analyst to help us support discount programs and private pricing contracts. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing operational processes, strict adherence to terms outlined in customer contracts and supporting both internal and external customers. Key job responsibilities Perform data entry, data management and pricing calculations Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structure to be applied Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity Proactively identify and implement data (and operational) improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems Hands on data mining and to execute on projects Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting About the team About AWS AWS values diverse experiences. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) Experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and charts, develop formulas such as SUMIF, and use VLookup formulas Preferred Qualifications Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership Experience using Excel at an advanced level including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities Experience working with custom private pricing contracts Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
