Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Position summary We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot and that carts are ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires being on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow, as our members rely on you. Responsibilities You thrive in fast-paced environments You’re a multi-tasker at heart You keep member satisfaction as your top priority You can stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately You’re a problem solver who tackles obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence What you’ll make an impact on Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering questions Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area What you’ll do Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable; offer alternative product options when needed; ensure products are selected and packaged according to policies; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company’s products and services. Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps; follow procedures for handling merchandise; report unsafe situations to facility management. Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, processing payments, and locating and organizing merchandise. Maintain cart/flatbed availability and assist with transporting items; utilize cart retrieval equipment according to policy; maintain parking lot cleanliness. Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; apply Open Door Policy in business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and information; address improvement opportunities and adapt to change.
