Pay Rate:
$17 - $22 per hour
What Youll Do:
- Security Duties:
- Monitor and control facility access while directing visitors and contractors appropriately.
- Conduct security rounds, lock/unlock facility doors, and maintain accurate records.
- Escort residents, staff, and visitors to parking areas as needed.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and urgent calls with professionalism.
- Partner with local authorities when necessary and ensure public areas remain safe and clean
.
- Light Maintenance Duties:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks like changing lightbulbs, unclogging toilets, and addressing minor plumbing issues.
- Collaborate on snow removal and ice melt application during winter months.
- Report property damage and mechanical/electrical issues to supervisors promptly.
- Ensure familiarity with fire safety systems, including alarm panels and extinguishers.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
PRN: This PRN (Pro Re Nata) position is scheduled on an as-needed basis to provide support during call-offs, vacations, and other coverage needs. Hours are not guaranteed, scheduling is flexible and based on availability and facility needs.

Requirements:Qualifications You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED with six months of related security or maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Strong listening skills to follow directions and address concerns effectively.
- Ability to perform hands-on tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Valid Drivers License.
