Someone who is willing to step up and own it. **Time Management** - Effectively manages personal time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. **Developing Trust** - Gains others’ confidence by acting with integrity and following through on commitments; treats others and their ideas with respect and supports them in the face of challenges. **Takes Initiative** - Takes prompt action to accomplish goals and achieve results beyond what is required; is proactive and pursues relentlessly.**Essential Job Functions:*** Drive continuous improvements for payroll processes, service delivery and technology* Supports HR and Finance teams with payroll functions - maintains the integrity of system data by running and auditing reports, partnering with Administrators and other key team members as appropriate, and making necessary corrections* Identifies and quantifies opportunities to drive efficiencies and automates processes within Payroll, as well as create and updates standard procedures for these tasks and integrates practices and processes into day-to-day payroll administration* Interpret Human Resources and Finance policy and procedure consistent with employment law and company culture in the administration of Payroll* Prioritizes requests and responds in a timely manner, ensuring that issues and concerns are handled accurately and respectfully* Works with the HR and Finance teams to translate business needs into functional requirements of payroll systems* Provides information and support training to associates and leaders related to employee payroll, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the various types of processes available* Demonstrates basic knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations related to payroll, including rules addressing confidentiality of personal information* Meet deadlines required to issue pay to employees based on published and ad-hoc pay dates**Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a combination of education and relevant experience considered* Bachelor’s degree preferred* Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience in a team-based environment* Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll Administration* Experience processing payroll for organizations with 2,500+ employees across multiple states* Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax filings and compliance* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel* Experience with Workday report writing and payroll-related reporting* Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.* This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.**Required Certification:*** Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)* Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)#LI-LS1#LI-REMOTE**Join an award-winning company**Five-time winner of “Best in KLAS” 2020-2022, 2024-2025Black Book Research's Top Revenue Cycle Management Outsourcing Solution 2021-202422 Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) MAP Awards for High Performance in Revenue Cycle 2019-2024Leader in Everest Group's RCM Operations PEAK Matrix Assessment 2024Clarivate Healthcare Business Insights (HBI) Revenue Cycle Awards for strong performance 2020, 2022-2023Energage Top Workplaces USA 2022-2024Fortune Media Best Workplaces in Healthcare 2024Monster Top Workplace for Remote Work 2024Great Place to Work certified 2023-2024* Innovation* Work-Life Flexibility* Leadership* Purpose + ValuesBottom line, we believe in empowering people and giving them the tools and resources needed to thrive.
