We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and physician oversight while working closely with our team of Nurse Practitioners to ensure exceptional patient care.
The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership, physician oversight, and medical guidance for the practice. This role includes collaborating with Nurse Practitioners, supporting clinical decision-making, promoting evidence-based care, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and California regulations. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented physician who is passionate about improving healthcare delivery in the home setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physician leadership and clinical oversight for the practice.
- Collaborate with and provide clinical support to Nurse Practitioners in the management of patient care.
- Be available for consultation regarding complex patient cases and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California MD or DO license
- Current DEA registration
