Key Responsibilities
Work schedule
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality control and streamlined workflows for optimal efficiency.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing office staff to maintain a productive working environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support business needs.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to guide strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies across all locations.
- Experience managing operations in a top-rated insurance and tax services environment.
- Develop strategic planning and leadership skills in a supportive, dynamic company culture.

- 2+ years of operations experience, previous management experience preferred
- High school degree required; experience in insurance or tax preparation preferred.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong strategic vision and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to make informed decisions.
- Bilingual Spanish Speaking candidates highly encouraged to apply.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations if ever needed
