Under general supervision, analyzes enterprise-wide customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems that may serve multiple state entities.operations. May partner with other departments, divisions, outside agencies, and vendors to address business issues. Exercises various latitudes of independent judgment. May administer or provide high level support for various projects, contracts, implementation of procedures, and/or any specialized functions. Assists with orientation, training, or providing task guidance of junior team members. Provides strategic analysis. High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of related experience; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level IT Business Analyst 1 (ITP060) or position equivalent.

Required/Desired Skills

Consults with functional and technical staff to ensure that functionality of automated systems meets user requirements - Required - 2 - Years

Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams in the implementation or enhancement of systems - Required - 2 - Years

Proven working experience in an enterprise ERP implementation (I.e., Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc.) - Required - 2 - Years
