Kitchen Manager – Harpoon Beer Hall | Boston, MAHarpoon Beer Hall in Boston's Seaport is launching its first-ever full-service food program-and we're looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the charge. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culinary identity of a flagship location while being part of a fast-paced, high-energy team that's driving change and elevating the guest experience.As Kitchen Manager, you'll build and lead a high-performing culinary team, oversee all back-of-house operations, and collaborate closely with our front-of-house, hospitality, and events teams. We're looking for someone who's passionate about food, thrives under pressure, and knows how to balance creative vision with operational discipline.What You'll DoBuild, lead, and coach a dynamic kitchen team in line with Barrel One Collective's valuesDevelop and execute a new full-service menu from scratch alongside our Culinary Director and VP of HospitalitySet the standard on the line during peak service-pacing, plating, and leading with presenceOversee BOH systems, including labor management, inventory, food cost, and purchasingMaintain top-tier food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards at all timesCollaborate across departments to support events, activations, and guest experience excellenceWho You AreA strong kitchen leader with 3–5+ years of experience managing high-volume, full-service kitchensHands-on, organized, and calm under pressureSkilled in food costing, prep planning, scheduling, and inventory managementPassionate about team development and kitchen cultureTech-savvy with tools like Restaurant365, Toast, and SlingAvailable to work nights, weekends, and peak business hoursWhy You'll Love It HereYou'll be at the center of something exciting-building a new food program inside one of Boston's most beloved beer destinations.
