In this role, you will develop and utilize a comprehensive understanding of US benefits administration, provide excellent service as a point of contact across the company, troubleshoot diverse challenges, and assist with day-to-day benefit plan operations. By doing so, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellness of our global team.ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact, responding to internal employee and partner team (including Payroll, HRCs, HRPs, Legal) inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and enrollmentCoordinate and support external and internal partnersDevelop and send employee communications regarding any benefit changes or updatesConduct recurring and ad-hoc audits with attention to detail; investigate and solve for discrepanciesPartner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient benefit plan administration)Coordination of broker/carrier upskilling sessionsBilling and invoicing supportMaintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resourcesMaintain HIPAA compliance401(k) plan administrationInternal and external system testing and review, as neededSkills & ExperienceExcellent interpersonal skills.
