Role Description The Registered Dental Hygienist is a full-time, on-site role based in Brentwood, TN. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing dental prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene procedures to support periodontal health. The role involves assessing patients’ oral health, documenting findings, and collaborating with the periodontist and clinical team on treatment plans. The hygienist provides patient education on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal disease prevention, and post-treatment care, while maintaining strict infection control and safety standards. Additional duties include preparing and sterilizing instruments, updating patient records, and supporting a positive, professional patient experience. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Dentistry and Dental Care to support periodontal and implant-focused treatment. Strong skills in Hygiene and Dental Prophylaxis to perform comprehensive preventive care services. Clinical experience managing and educating patients with Periodontal Disease. Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Tennessee. Licensed to administer Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide in state of Tennessee. Knowledge of infection control protocols and OSHA standards in a dental setting. Ability to communicate clearly with patients and collaborate effectively with a clinical team. Comfort using dental practice management software and electronic health records. CPR certification and commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education. #J-18808-Ljbffr
