Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location: Sioux City, IA

Compensation: $2277 - $2744 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional nursing care to laboring mothers and their newborns.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Floating to Post-Partum units as required, up to 1-2 shifts weekly.
• Utilizing the EPIC EMR system for accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Active RN license in Iowa.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross.
• Certification in fetal monitoring from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).
• Certification from the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Experience in high-risk and high-acuity environments within a busy delivery center (e.g., 100+ deliveries/month).
• Willingness to float to Post-Partum units as needed.

Working Conditions:

This position involves working night shifts in a dynamic Labor and Delivery unit, requiring adaptability and teamwork.
