Join Our Team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown!

At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the hotel restaurant, bar, or other food and beverage areas. In this role, you will ensure high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. You will also assist with staff coordination, training, and maintaining operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service in all food and beverage areas.
• Assist the management team with staff scheduling, supply orders, and inventory control.
• Ensure team compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Address guest concerns, handle special requests, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to create a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
• Inspect dining and bar areas for cleanliness, organization, and preparedness.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including workstation setup and cleanliness.
• Support special events and group bookings, ensuring successful execution.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food handling and safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of basic POS and inventory systems.
