We are a well‑established manufacturer serving commercial customers throughout the Midwest, with more than 600 employees across eight manufacturing and distribution facilities. As we continue investing in technology and process improvements, you'll play a key role in supporting the systems that keep our business running. What You'll Do Partner with business users to understand operational needs, gather requirements, and recommend technology solutions Support ERP, manufacturing, and other enterprise business applications through implementations, upgrades, testing, and ongoing enhancements Coordinate IT and business system projects from planning through deployment and post‑implementation support Document business processes, workflows, system requirements, and technical procedures Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure successful execution Collaborate with internal departments, software vendors, consultants, and IT team members on system improvements Troubleshoot business application issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolutions Create user documentation, training materials, and process guides to support end‑user adoption Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through technology What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field 1-2 years of experience supporting business systems, ERP applications, IT projects, or business process improvements (internships and co‑ops will be considered) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Experience gathering business requirements and documenting business processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or programming concepts Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing or distribution environment Exposure to software implementations, enterprise applications, or system integrations Experience creating user documentation, process maps, or training materials Why Join Us?
