Are you great on the phone, good under pressure, and looking for a role where your people skills really matter?
KC Mechanical , Vermont’s leading commercial kitchen service company, is looking for an Admin / Dispatcher / Scheduler to join our office team. You'll help coordinate technicians across Northern and Central Vermont, working closely with the rest of our scheduling and parts teams.
If you’ve worked in a call center, customer service desk, or office admin role and want a position with more ownership and real teamwork, this might be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
- Schedule service calls and dispatch techs throughout Vermont
- Answer customer calls and update work orders
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate daily with technicians, parts managers, and other schedulers
- Keep things running smoothly and customers informed
We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and clear communicator (phone and email)
- Able to juggle multiple calls and tasks at once
- Confident with basic computer systems and scheduling tools
- Positive, collaborative mindset
- In-person availability in our Colchester office
