As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handling guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel and local area.
- Managing reservations, both over the phone and in person.
- Processing check-outs and ensuring accurate billing.
- Addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient front desk operation.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (preferred but not required).
