Production Supervisor

Our client, an Automotive Manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Supervisor for their Bowling Green, KY location.

Responsibilities:

Managing a group of represented hourly employees in the day-to-day operation of vehicle manufacturing with the general assembly division.
Perform functions as it relates to safety, people, quality, responsiveness and environmental.
Ensuring quality vehicles are built within the department and non-conformance is followed up on.
Throughput efficiencies and measured and improved upon daily.
Manage cost through scrap reduction initiatives
Problem solving of issues within the department.
People management and issue resolution between employees and quick grievance resolution.

Requirements:

Associate degree required
2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Computer skills - PowerPoint, Microsoft, Excel, Google Docs/Forms
Union Experience is ideal
