The Assistant Manager Retail plays a crucial role in supporting daily store operations and driving sales performance. This position involves overseeing inventory management, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and contributing to visual merchandising efforts to create an appealing shopping environment. The Assistant Manager also handles cash operations and generates reports to track progress against key performance metrics such as sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and inventory accuracy.
