We are hiring a Full-Time Experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential systems.

???? Position Summary

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of residential HVAC systems according to company standards while delivering world-class customer service.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, service, and repair of HVAC systems

• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and boiler systems

• Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Make repair vs. replace recommendations based on system condition

• Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks

• Apply knowledge of air balancing principles and sheet metal practices

• Process job documentation accurately and efficiently

• Deliver exceptional customer communication and service

• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime

⏰ Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Overtime, evenings, and rotating on-call schedule as needed

✅ Required Qualifications

• Technical School completion + 3 years HVAC experience
  (6–8 years of field experience may substitute for formal schooling)

• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record

• Universal EPA Certification (Required)

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience with residential HVAC systems

• Knowledge of sheet metal practices

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Must possess required HVAC tools

???? Preferred Qualifications

• Experience servicing boiler systems

• NATE Certified (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience with advanced diagnostics and controls

• Understanding of air balancing principles
