HVAC Installer — Lead Track in 6 Months | $24-$28/hr + Weekly Bonus

Ambitious installers can reach Lead Installer in as little as 6 months — where pay jumps to $32-$50+/hr plus a $250/week bonus. Our top Leads earn well over $50/hr.

Installer Pay: $24-$28/hr DOE + up to $150/week bonus ($7,800/year potential)
Lead Pay: $32-$50+/hr + up to $250/week bonus ($13,000/year potential)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | No on-call, ever
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI — serving the Milwaukee metro

What you'll do

• Install residential furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and full HVAC systems

• Work alongside experienced Lead Installers across the Milwaukee metro

• Take on more complex work as your skills grow

• Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan (photos, forms, payments)

• Build toward your own Lead Installer role on a defined timeline

What we're looking for

• HVAC trade school graduate OR 1+ year as an installer/helper

• Comfortable with sheet metal, line sets, electrical connections, and system startup

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Strong work ethic, reliable, takes pride in quality work

• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check

• EPA 608 certification a plus (we'll help you get it if you don't have it)
