ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I've been an agent with since 2016 and currently lead a team of nine. Over the years, I've focused on building a strong, supportive team environment where people can grow and succeed together.

Outside of the office, I've been married for over 28 years and have three children. I've also spent time coaching youth sports in Bay City, which reflects my passion for mentorship, teamwork, and helping others develop.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jon Laporte - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
