Job Description Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: * Professionally administer all incoming calls. * Greet guests & co-workers in a friendly, professional, hospitable manner. * Open and close visitor area (locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights). * Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as assigned by supervisor. * Perform a variety of clerical duties. * Establish Medical Records on new clients. * Completes clerical sections of intake and initial contact forms. * Collect fees from clients and input information into computer system. * Receives and distributes mail. * Monitors office supplies, orders and distributes office supplies. * Assist with Physician clerical services as assigned by supervisor. * Routes prescriptions to agency clinics as assigned by supervisor. * Assist co-worker's as assigned by supervisor. * All other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Competencies Required: * Possession of High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) * Excellent phone etiquette. * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Punctual. * Able to work with minimum supervision. * Should be customer service driven. * Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) * Able to multi-task * Professional appearance. * Business Casual.
