Teller / Customer Service Representative - Bismarck Country West - Part-Time

Gate City Bank – Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) Location: Bismarck, West Schedule: In‑Office, Monday – Friday: 2:00PM – 6:15PM Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM – 12:15PM (additional $5 per hour) Responsibilities Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales (preferred) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $18‑$19 per hour Saturdays Differential Pay: +$5 per hour Guaranteed 15‑19 hours per week Eligible full‑time and part‑time team members may enjoy benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401(k) match, and wellness programs EEO/Disability/Vets – FDIC Member #J-18808-Ljbffr
