Warehouse Associate

Here's what you'll do: Receive incoming shipments, inspecting, and verifying their contents to purchase orders or invoices. Unload and unpack materials or equipment. Prepare customer orders from items stocked in warehouse or on the store floor. Assist Outside Sales in verifying and invoicing their delivery orders. Load materials or equipment for shipping. Perform inventory counts. Conduct regular cycle counts to identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory records. Assist in resolving order discrepancies or customer complaints related to product issues or shipping errors.

Here's what will get you noticed: Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Basic computer skills for accessing computer software systems to obtain product information.

Here's what you'll need to be successful: 3+ years experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment is required.

Physical Capabilities Required: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Flexibility and agility to bend, stoop, and reach.
