Microscope Deburrer Position

Twin City Staffing is now hiring a microscope deburrer for a high-precision manufacturing team in Fridley! If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and enjoy close-tolerance precision work, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your manufacturing career.

Location: Fridley, MN

Wage: $25 $31/hr (Depending on experience)

Hours: 5:15 pm 3:30 pm, Monday Friday

Duties of the microscope deburrer:

• Hand-deburr very small to medium-sized parts continuously while seated and looking through a microscope
• Utilize a variety of micro hand-deburring tools and instruments to remove burrs and smooth rough edges
• Align, connect, and position parts for light assembly work while maintaining a clean workstation following 5S principles
• Complete accurate production/history records and log finished jobs into the company tracking system

Requirements of the microscope deburrer:

• 25 years of relevant experience in close-tolerance precision manufacturing required
• Strong manual dexterity, excellent fine motor skills, and sharp hand-eye coordination under magnification
• Ability to interpret and read basic blueprints and technical work instructions to ensure tight tolerances are met
• Comfortable asking quality-related questions to cell leads and working within a collaborative team environment
