Quality Manager

Compensation: $125,000-$140,000 per year – paid weekly Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Manager for a manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll lead quality systems and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring products meet internal and customer standards. What You’ll Do as a Quality Manager Lead quality practices and drive operational performance improvements Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO standards Monitor, measure, and report on internal and external quality performance metrics Collaborate with customers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues Develop and maintain process requirements, documentation, and corrective actions Support product launches and production processes through APQP and quality planning Train employees and promote a culture of continuous improvement What You Need to Bring to the Quality Manager Role Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Reliable transportation to St. Cloud, MN Benefits This role offers a well‑rounded benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and holidays, and access to an Employee Assistance Program for additional support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Doherty Staffing Solutions
