Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license and/or California Department of Education credential
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop/implement individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students onsite
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document services, maintain compliance with federal and state special education requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of student goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive therapy environment throughout the school year
