Bilingual Customer Care Representative

Providing compassionate support to callers, the full-time Bilingual Customer Care Representative will manage billing inquiries, resolve complex issues, and navigate healthcare systems remotely while working a 9-hour shift within the hours of 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET. Key responsibilities Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing inquiries, translating medical terminology into understandable information Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints to ensure full resolution Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while tracking patient contacts and performing additional tasks as needed Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of call center experience handling high volumes of inbound calls 1+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting Knowledge of healthcare claims billing and eligibility processes
