Subscription Acquisition Manager

Contract: 12 months - Option to extend after initial term Location: Hybrid - onsite schedule in Culver City, CA What You'll Do: Build, execute, and optimize acquisition strategies across on- and off-platform channels Lead A/B testing and data-driven experimentation to improve conversion and subscription performance Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing programs and launch initiatives Manage operations-heavy workflows, documentation, and end-to-end execution Support large-scale, time-sensitive projects with accuracy, collaboration, and strong communication Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in subscription or recurring-revenue marketing within entertainment, sports, media, or tech Strong understanding of conversion funnels, growth experimentation, and optimization frameworks Highly analytical problem solver with a proven record of driving acquisition results Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing complex operational workstreams Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and willing to be hands-on Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders BA/BS required #J-18808-Ljbffr Salt Digital Recruitment
