Loan Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Loan Accounting & Cash Management to lead a team of 7 Loan Accountants and Cash Management Specialists. This role will oversee loan accounting operations, cash management activities, internal controls, and fraud prevention efforts while ensuring accurate and efficient processes. Responsibilities: Manage and develop a team of 7 accounting and cash management professionals. Oversee loan accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and cash management operations. Ensure strong internal controls, fraud prevention measures, and regulatory compliance. Manage cash positioning, wires, ACH transactions, and banking relationships. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Qualifications: 7+ years of loan accounting, treasury, cash management, or banking operations experience. Prior leadership experience managing accounting or operations teams. Experience with Finastra Loan IQ strongly preferred. Experience with GFX or similar treasury/cash management systems preferred. Strong knowledge of cash controls, fraud prevention, reconciliations, and lending operations. Ideal Background: Commercial banking, specialty lending, asset-based lending, treasury management, or financial services.
