Compensation : $90,000 - $120,000 annually, plus 10% AIP

Summary:

We are seeking a Production Manager, who will be responsible for the overall management of all production departments and all activities in the factory to ensure acceptable safety, housekeeping, quality, productivity, employee conduct, and performance criteria are achieved. Ensure that a continuous improvement methodology is applied throughout the scope of responsibility.

Position Requirements:

Education & Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field preferred
• 5 or more years of Management experience in manufacturing/assembly environment

Certifications & Competencies:

• System Proficiency: Google Enterprise, ADP, GlobalShop

• Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
