Aubrey Thrasher, LLC is a national collections and creditors’ rights law firm representing banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, equipment finance companies, and other financial institutions in the collection of commercial and consumer debt. The firm files litigation and post judgment actions directly in nine states and nationally through a network of law firms. Our Buckhead, Atlanta office is seeking a licensed attorney to join our growing litigation team. This full time, in-office position provides substantial courtroom experience, motion practice, and the opportunity to manage cases from inception through post judgment proceedings in a fast-paced litigation environment. Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation experience Active Georgia Bar license required; additional state licenses are a plus Knowledge of creditors’ rights and collection law preferred, but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and case management abilities Responsibilities: Manage a high-volume caseload of commercial and consumer collection matters from inception through post judgment proceedings Appear in court, both in person and virtually as necessary, in commercial and consumer collections cases Communicate with clients regarding case status and litigation strategyCollaborate with attorneys and team leads firm wide on case management, policies and procedures, and business development Work with an experienced team of paralegals and litigation professionals who support the practice Location: Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 DOE Benefits: 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Training and professional development Opportunity for growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
