Regional Clinical Support Director Remote SUMMARY Nuclear Care Partners is searching for a highly qualified candidate to be our Regional Clinical Support Director for the Western Region. The Regional Clinical Support Director provides a supportive role for the regional clinical operations team to ensure state and federal regulatory compliance and compliance with the Company's operational policies and procedures. This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations. The Regional Clinical Support Director supports and creates positive environments through a personal commitment to the Company's vision and values.
The Regional Clinical Support Director is a support role and responsible for assisting with:
• Efficiency and monitoring of NCP processes at the branch level
• Supporting the regional clinical operations team
• Provide customer service and support to assigned branches ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promote and nurture a management style that successfully drives the Company's business strategy and
demonstrates leadership behaviors with a passion for people and for results.
• In collaboration with the regional vice president, create an on-boarding schedule for key branch level roles ensuring their orientation period is highly effective, and empowers them to become competent in driving business strategies as quickly as possible.
• Ongoing education, training, and support to maintain standardized and consistent branch processes.
• Tracking and monitoring of NCP program efficiency, implementation and utilization in the region
• Support education team in planning, developing, and conducting orientation, in-service training, on-the-job training, and other educational activities for employees so that current materials and programs are continuously provided.
• Support company culture, ensuring employees feel supported, inspired, and have growth opportunities.
• Facilitate best practices around meetings, procedures, etc.
• Support of tracking metrics, accountabilities, and reports.
• Work closely with regional vice president and state leaders to monitor and address staffing needs, including travel nurses resource allocation.
• Support branch leaders with recruiting, as needed, to obtain high quality, proficient team members who function in compliance with all regulatory requirements and the company's mission and vision.
• Attend quality management meetings to monitor trends, implement process improvements and provide education to support branch leaders in process improvement.
• Identify gaps in processes and work with regional vice president to implement changes to improve and standardized processes.
• Collaborate with scheduling supervisor and branch leadership for best practice of scheduling process and metrics at the branch level.
• Management of all processes in unattached service area states within the region.
• Monitor and track compliance reporting, identifying gaps and working with regional vice president and branch leaders for process improvement.
• Support clinical and administrative activities in the region in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor current trends impacting patient service delivery and provide recommendations to regional vice
president as appropriate.
• Participate in corporate committees and projects as requested and/or approved by the regional vice president.
• Partner with the regional vice president to oversee regulatory compliance to ensure all licensures, protocols, and other required documents are current.
• Work with corporate departments to support new clinical leaders during the onboarding and orientation process.
• Plan agenda and facilitate regularly scheduled clinical meetings as assigned.
• This role requires travel for branch level support, meetings, and other duties as assigned.
• Preferred residence within the boundaries of the region.
• Maintain knowledge of key duties, responsibilities and expectations of key branch level roles, Administrator, Clinical Director, Assistant Clinical Director, Field Case Manager, Nurse Navigator, Administrative Assistant, Scheduler, and others.
• Able to support branch level processes during absence of a key branch level role. Examples; process for compliance, authorization and payroll processing
• Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supports oversight of Branch Administrators or Directors. This is an exempt position. Salary Base salary of up to $100,000 annually with bonus potential. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in health care. Progressive leadership
within Nuclear Care Partners preferred.
