Production Assemblers: 1st Shift
- Openings: 3+
- Starting Pay: +$19.50 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - until done (8-10hrs)
- Training: First 2 weeks shadowing a mentor to learn the responsibilities and safety processes of the role
- Ability to use hand tools, staple guns and other electric tools when necessary
- Prep material for assembly using exact measurements
- Read work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly within warehouse
- Make necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure quality compliance
- Hit safety, quality and production goals to receive a bonus at the end of each quarter
- Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
