Currently, we have a  Maintenance Coordinator  opportunity with a nationwide leader in property preservation and field services, where you'll be part of a trusted team supporting banks, mortgage servicers, and investors with quality, compliance-driven solutions that keep communities strong.

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Dispatch vendors and manage property services to ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Negotiate bids and manage timelines and quality expectations with vendors, agents, and clients.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries regarding services, billing, schedules, and problem resolution.
• Review active and completed job photos to confirm project completions.
• Evaluate vendor performance to ensure standard adherence and drive customer satisfaction.
• Utilize internal systems and Microsoft Office for daily task management.
• Keep an up-to-date, working knowledge of all company services.
  

Required qualifications for the position include : 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple lines of communication (clients, brokers, agents, vendors).
• Efficient negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
