Health Information Manager & Compliance Liaison

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Health Information Compliance Liaison for the Rockford Rehab & Wellness Center to oversee medical records and compliance activities. This role ensures records are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations, serving as the designated liaison for the compliance program.
