Health Connect America seeks a Bilingual Outpatient Therapist to provide counseling and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in office and community settings. Responsibilities include individual, family, and group therapy; treatment planning; clinical assessments; and accurate documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, community partners, and referral sources to coordinate care. Use evidence‑based practices, maintain ethical and culturally responsive care, and support clients in both English and another language. Participate in supervision, training, and professional development in a mission‑driven, client‑centered organization.
