Agency Information Technology Services (ITS) Project Grants & Scholarships Detailed Job Description Based on Governor’s Office priorities, there are crucial initiatives that benefit New York State Higher Education Services (HESC) and are part of the ITS/HESC project portfolio. This position will supplement the GLP DB staff for governor initiatives resulting from the 2024 NYS Budget and that effect HESC’s Grants and Scholarship programs. Qualifications 84 months of experience designing and developing logical and physical data models, and creating DDL scripts for tables, views, indexes, triggers, and stored procedures. 84 months of experience designing and developing Data Conversion Strategy Plan, Data Mapping Documents, and Gap Analysis. 84 months of experience writing complex DML SQL against enterprise SQL Server and DB2 databases. 84 months of experience working with tools like SQL Server Management Studio, SSMS Job Scheduler, SSIS, SSRS, Export/Import, ER Studio Data Architect, QMF for Workstation, Redgate SQL Compare, and TSO. 84 months of experience using programming languages such as SQL and PL/SQL. 60 months of experience performing performance tuning of complex SQL against enterprise SQL Server and DB2 databases.
