• Provide consistent weekly supervision for practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or completing their Master's programs, offering feedback and guidance on their therapeutic techniques and client interactions.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying abreast of the latest research and therapeutic advancements.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Document all client interactions and therapy sessions accurately, maintaining a meticulous record of progress notes which align with HIPAA regulations.

• Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of innovative treatment methodologies, focusing on continuous improvement of service delivery.
