Job Summary

We are seeking experienced HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong residential and light commercial HVAC experience, including installation, troubleshooting, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and gas and electric furnaces.

This role also offers opportunities to train and supervise others while working directly with customers to identify issues and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Work with heat pumps, air conditioning systems, gas furnaces, and electric furnaces.
• Design and install HVAC ductwork systems.
• Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Consult with customers and provide solutions beneficial to both the customer and the company.
• Apply and maintain compliance with residential and commercial building codes.
• Train and supervise other employees as needed.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• Solid understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with heat pumps, air conditioning, gas furnaces, and electric furnaces.
• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills.
• Proficiency in HVAC functional design and ductwork installation.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial codes.
• Ability and willingness to train and supervise others.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to consult with customers and resolve issues effectively.
• Clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• $38.00–$45.00+ per hour, plus additional incentives.
• Flexible full-time scheduling.
• Typical schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday .
