Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you'll partner with our Operations Director, HR Director, Managing Attorneys, and Team Leads to ensure our Sacramento team has the tools, support, and guidance they need to succeed. You'll play a key role in developing our people, strengthening collaboration, and helping W&O offices operate at their very best. What You'll Be Doing: Leading and mentoring Case Managers and Legal Assistants in partnership with a Managing Attorney Oversee day-to-day office operations, assist with onboarding, offboarding Coordinating office operations, and IT needs Promoting accountability, teamwork, and exceptional client service Helping create an engaging, positive, and high-performing workplace culture What We're Looking For: Proven leadership and team management experience Strong organizational and communication skills A proactive problem solver Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Someone who takes ownership of their work and is committed to delivering high-quality results Full-Time | Exempt | Applicant must be located or looking to relocate to Sacramento, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr Wilner & O'Reilly Immigration Law
