What You'll Do Take the lead on the hotel's sales strategy, driving new business and growing existing accounts. Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team that loves hitting (and beating) targets. Build strong relationships with corporate clients, group business, community partners, and industry contacts. Create exciting sales initiatives that increase occupancy, revenue, and market share. Keep a close eye on market trends and the competition to stay one step ahead. Work closely with hotel leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience from booking to check-out. Represent the hotel at networking events, client meetings, trade shows, and property tours. About You You're an experienced hotel sales leader who knows how to turn opportunities into results. You're just as comfortable building new business as you are strengthening long-term client relationships. You love leading people, celebrating wins, and creating a positive team culture.
