What we need: The Pricing Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that supporting pricing strategies and initiatives. This role will support pricing processes and gain understanding of company and industry finance and pricing policies.

What you'll do:

• Assist in analyzing pricing data, including cost components, competitor pricing, and market trends, to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
• Conduct price comparisons and benchmarking studies under guidance.
• Provide support in setting and adjusting prices for products/services based on analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Pricing Manager and relevant stakeholders to implement pricing strategies and tactics.
• Maintain pricing databases and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing information.
• Assist in updating price lists, contracts, and agreements as directed.
• Support the monitoring of competitor pricing strategies and market dynamics to identify threats and opportunities.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence data.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What you have: Associate degree in human resource management preferred, or one to two years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience. Project management experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office
