Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required, Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) beneficial. Ten plus years of experience in managing Accounting and Finance functions, including experience in Asset Liability Management, with a minimum of five years of senior executive management experience.
Responsibilities
The position leads budgeting, treasury, liquidity, and investment activities, manages interest rate risk, and ensures regulatory compliance. The CFO also fosters a high-performance culture by coaching and guiding teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
