Estimator

As the Estimator, you will support the preconstruction team while learning best-in-class estimating practices. Reporting into senior preconstruction leadership, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates across multiple project types
• Supporting bid preparation, subcontractor outreach, and scope leveling
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Helping analyze subcontractor proposals for accuracy and completeness
• Maintaining organized estimate files and cost data
• Collaborating with project management and operations teams
• Learning internal systems, processes, and the company's approach to estimating

For the Estimator role, we are seeking:

• 2-3 years of experience in construction estimating or a related role
• A construction management, engineering, or similar degree preferred
• Exposure to commercial construction projects
• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• A team-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Someone eager to be trained and developed long-term
